Billy wants to know why you aren't angry. He is, and he's happy to explain.

How he got the head

Billy used to be human. He chose to pursue Eldritch, black and demonic magic, and it turned his head into a goat's. Whether he meant for that to happen, and why he did it, nobody knows. His mother has an opinion: she said the head was good for nothing.

His weapon is a bat named Bichette, French for a young female goat. He used Rising Ram in mosh pits until somebody told him to stop, and he has been to more than a few rallies.

Who he can't stand

Billy dislikes nearly everyone, especially rich people, people in power and the government. He doesn't trust doctors either, and he doubts the patrons will ever grant his wish.

  • Lady Geist is his natural enemy: rich, old money, and she refuses to call him Billy.
  • McGinnis gets called out for acting blue collar when she was hand-picked by Fairfax himself.

Who he respects

  • Apollo, despite being exactly the kind of rich kid Billy hates, because Apollo is honest and fights his own battles.
  • Baba, partly for her age and partly for the story about her throwing a brick at the mayor while he was jogging in Central Park. The respect goes both ways.
  • Wyatt is a real friend. They've been to rallies together, and when they end up on opposite teams they apologize afterward.
  • Viper: the two flirt and she holds him in high regard. She's still upset he never visited her in jail.

Rat King's offer

Rat King hates humans, but made Billy an offer. In Rat King's words, Billy is nine-tenths human, which might be too much human. The compromise: Billy can visit Long Island, but he can't own real estate. Billy takes it.

What he wants

Nobody knows for sure. The patrons only hint at it, something about changing a world he sees as corrupt, and they tell him to make his enemies pay.

The short version

A goat head, a bat named after a baby goat, a list of enemies longer than his rap sheet, and a handful of people he'd go to war for.
